  • President's Program
    Library staff perform extensive “invisible” labor—emotional support, crisis intervention, relationship-building, and everyday technology assistance—that often goes undocumented and undervalued. This panel brings together library workers, support agencies, and consultants to explore how this work shows up on the front lines, how it can be measured responsibly, and how data and storytelling can be used to strengthen advocacy, funding, and public understanding of the library’s role in the community.
  • Learning Round Table Training Showcase
    If you’re involved in or curious about staff training and professional development in libraries, this is the event for you! If you’ve got a great training idea to share, our call for submissions to present is coming soon. Whether you’re presenting or attending, the Training Showcase is the premiere opportunity to explore creative projects, learn about best practices, and connect with others in the field. This informal, drop-in event is part poster session and part networking opportunity, perfect for sharing ideas, solving challenges, and finding inspiration. This year’s showcase will also include a virtual session prior to the conference. Whether you’re new to training or a seasoned pro, there’s something here for everyone. Don’t miss this chance to learn and connect!
